Three ways to create a plan
- Automatically from rules: set the goal (from a surah and ayah to another, by pages, or by juz), the amount per session, and how often a revision or reinforcement session is inserted
- Manually, session by session, for full control
- By importing an Excel or CSV file
Assign plans with clear rules
A plan can be made available to the whole association or to specific centers or circles, then assigned to students with rules for:
- The minimum grade needed to complete a session
- Session order: strict, strict by day, or flexible
- A target completion date
Tracked automatically from recitations
Teachers don't need to update the plan after each session: when they record a student's recitation, Halaqat works out completed and ongoing sessions and the completion rate. Supervisors see statistics on students' progress in every plan.
Export plans as PDF
Export a plan as one PDF for all students or a separate PDF per student, to share with students and parents or to print.
Frequently asked questions
How many memorization plans can I create?
The free package includes 3 plans, Mosque 10, Institution 20 and Association 30, and extra plans can be added separately.
Can students in the same circle follow different plans?
Yes. Plans are assigned per student, so each student can follow a plan that suits their level.
How do I choose the right daily amount?
It depends on the student's age, time and ability. Our guide on building a Quran memorization plan includes a table of expected durations for each daily amount.
